Logo Submission for Princeton, WI

Recently I was contacted by the Princeton, WI Chamber of Commerce to design a new logo for the city as a part of the Princeton Chamber Design Logo Contest. The Chamber of Commerce wants to rebrand Princeton as a destination location filled with a little something for everyone. I used their "destination" idea as a catalyst and jumped into the world of technology and navigation.

I used the map marker icon to highlight Princeton as a destination was not just a stop along the way, and highlighted the Fox River and main Highways 23/73 that flow tourism through the area.  Below is my submission.
